Room was beautiful - we loved the wall of windows that opened.
We ate at the pool, restaurant and room service and all were excellent. The car service was handy as we could walk as far as we wanted each morning and the hotel would pick us up - within 5-8 minutes.
Cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay. We can’t wait to come back.
The restaurant staff are amazing. Beautiful restaurant with amazing views. Excellent dinner restaurant for a special occasion. Celebrated my 50th birthday here… and I had a wonderful evening. Loved their $120 meal option which included three courses. The appetizer I chose was the lobster salad and it was amazing! (Decent amount of lobster). We also noticed there is a lounge called the Birdcage… We definitely will come back at sunset and enjoy the live music and a drink sometime.
An amazing experience. The suites were well furnished, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Don't forget the amazing shower and soaker tub.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. It's an adult only resort, which made the atmosphere more relaxed.
The resort isn't cheap, but neither is the experience. 👍
We loved the room and the hotel. Fantastic service, excellent cocktails. The rooms are delightful with impressive views. You can't go wrong with this place. Try the ricotta pancakes for breakfast.
It was amazing to feel like we are the only ones at the resort. Very intimate and private. Offered us a late check out because we had a night flight. However forget to place our order with room service and never brought us food. High pieces on everything and do not offer beach location or airport pick up / drop off.
Stayed here on our honeymoon. Definitely the best hotel I've ever been to. The staff really go above-and-beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Peaceful, private, luxurious, clean. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway!
This place was awesome! It's set back off the ocean and above the trees so it feels like your own private island. The staff is welcoming and awesome. We did the tree house restaurant they made our own menu unique to our life adventures. Hands down the best place we've ever stayed at. They offer free shuttle service around town and the Monkeypod restaurant is right around the corner.
Stunning resort and exceptional service. If you are looking for a secluded and quiet stay, Hotel Wailea is perfect. The grounds are expertly designed and beautiful both day and night. From the moment you check-in you are greeted with superb service and amenities. The staff truly want each guest to feel cared for at each step of their stay. The villas are incredibly spacious and luxurious, which include thoughtful design choices and noticeable stay inclusions like nightly turn down service. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant are absolutely perfect complete with panoramic ocean views and the same exceptional service. The pool, shuttle around Wailea, and concierge services are just a few more of the comprehensive offerings at Hotel Wailea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
